Getting my Fendi 2jours Luggage Tag Initialled

After I get my bag through Reebonz (read about it here), I wanted to personalise it so I wanted to add my initials to the luggage tag.

So I called up Fendi to ask where they explained that I needed to bring the receipt and the bag to the shop. As I didn't have the Fendi receipt, I had to pay the service fee of RM80 (RM84.80 inc. GST). The first time I went, I only brought the tag and they refused/declined to do it as they need to see the bag. I guess this is to make sure that it's not a counterfeit.

It took exactly 2 weeks as they had to send it to Singapore. Check out my new initialed tag!
