One of the drawbacks of weaning off is that he sleeps much later. Before weaning off I would put him to sleep and would start nursing him from 8.30 so that by 9 he is usually asleep. But now I have to wait for him to get tired and that means a 10.30 pm bed time.
But my fave part is when he is already sleepy, so he would be lying next to me. He would wrap his arms around me, "sayang mummy" he would say then shower me with a gazillion kisses. Then he would roll over to the other side and doze off.
Mummy loves you too sayang.
